What are the shipping charges?
WITHIN THE UK:
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5 on all orders within the UK.
Unframed prints, books and greetings card orders are sent via Royal Mail’s first class post. Framed prints are sent via DPD’s next day courier service.
THE REST OF THE WORLD:
We calculate overseas shipping costs based on location and items ordered. Please contact us with items (sizes etc) you would like to order for overseas prices. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties incurred or delays due to customs. We do not ship framed work overseas.
How long before my item is dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but please be aware that this may be slightly longer at times. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How is my parcel sent?
Small unframed prints, books and greetings card orders are sent via Royal Mail’s first class post. Large unframed prints and framed prints are sent via DPD’s next day courier service.
How do I track my parcel?
For orders sent via DPD:
When your order has been shipped you will receive an SMS or email from DPD, along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel. You should receive a second SMS notification or email on the morning that your order is out for delivery with a 1 hour delivery time slot. Through DPD’s tracking link, you also have the option to change delivery day, or request that your order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
For orders sent via Royal Mail:
Unfortunately, these are not tracked. Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post next day, but please allow 2-3 days from dispatch for delivery.
How long will my item take to arrive?
FOR UK ORDERS:
Items sent with DPD are sent on a next day service (once dispatched).
Items sent with Royal Mail: Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post next day, but please allow 2-3 days from dispatch for delivery.
FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS:
Overseas orders are usually on a 3-5 day service, but vary depending on location.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, delivery address cannot be altered.
Can I have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?
Yes, just simply select a separate delivery address at the check out.
We hope that you will be delighted with the quality of your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return them within seven days of delivery for replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment as selected on your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be faulty or damaged.
