What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 within the UK.  
Overseas purchasers should contact me for a shipping quote.


How long before my item is dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but please be aware that this may be slightly longer at times.  If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  


How is my parcel sent?

Unframed prints and greetings card orders are sent via Royal Mail’s first class post.  Framed prints and books are sent via UK Mail’s next day courier service.


How do I track my parcel?

For orders sent via UK Mail: When your order has been shipped you will receive an SMS or email from UK Mail, along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel. You should receive a second SMS notification or email on the morning that your order is out for delivery with a 1 hour delivery time slot.  Through UK Mail’s tracking link, you also have the option to change delivery day, or request that your order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
For orders sent via Royal Mail: Unfortunately, these are not tracked.  Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post next day, but please allow 2-3 days from dispatch for delivery. 


Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, delivery address cannot be altered.


Can I have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?

Yes, just simply select a separate delivery address at the check out.


Do you delivery overseas?

Yes, but please contact us directly with your order so that we can obtain a price from our couriers. 




We hope that you will be delighted with the quality of your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return them within seven days of delivery for replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment as selected on your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be faulty or damaged.
