Payment Terms

Nolon Stacey Fine Art accepts secure online payments via Stripe or Paypal. You do not need a Stripe account to make a purchase, however, you do require a Paypal account if you wish to pay via Paypal. You can securely pay with all major cards. Payment is to be made in GBP.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, it will be subject to the Returns Policy. If you refuse your shipment, you will be given a full refund for the return of any goods. This offer does not include the cost of returning the goods.

Customer Services

We aim to provide our customers with the highest standard of service possible and will deal with any queries or complaints in the fairest manner at all times whilst observing customer confidentiality. We will handle all queries and complaints within 2 days of notification.

By placing your order, you agree to all the policies, terms and conditions published throughout this website. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy Policy

On-line Credit Card Security: When purchasing through this site, your transaction is either conducted through Stripe or Paypal, both approved payment service providers. Your credit card details are not given to or retained by Nolon Stacey Fine Art at any time. All transactions are carried out on a secure server.

When you order by telephone, email or fax, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Once processed, no financial information (credit/debit card numbers, etc) are stored or retailed by Nolon Stacey Fine Arts

Nolon Stacey Fine Art does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
